Yes, it is true that most likely because Usher is a famous celebrity, he allegedly gets sole custody of his two sons. However, in Atlanta, men are more favored than women and this why it does not surprise us that this female judge ruled in his favor. Those of us who have been to Atlanta know how women are mistreated in general and often times, other women do not have favor for the woman whom is in emotional distress, because of a no good man, whether it is her husband, brother, boss or even a neighbor who hurts her.
This is very sad, that Tameka Foster loses two more sons, after permanently losing Kyle Glover. This is not only sad, but it is really dirty for Usher to have continued this custody battle, after she had to grieve, even worse, she is probably still grieving after Kyle's death. What type of man would have the guts to take a woman's two sons, after she has lost one to death? What type of judge would award Usher custody of his two sons, after his ex-wife lost her own son? This world is very evil and this is why it behooves all of us to fully dedicate our lives to God, for those we marry or even those whom should understand how it feels to be a woman will not even care, even after we have mourned the loss of a child or loved one.
In the meantime, we will be praying for Tameka Foster and her two sons. We also pray that Usher repents and surrenders his life over to the Lord, because God sees how he has allegedly not considered her pain, after losing Kyle.

Report: Usher gets custody of sons
ATLANTA -TMZ is reporting that a judge has awarded Usher primary custody of his two sons.
The singer sued his ex-wife for sole custody of his two boys.
Usher and Tameka Foster divorced in 2009. They share two sons, 4-year-old Usher Raymond V and 3-year-old Naviyd. They currently have a co-parenting agreement.
