This woman, Vickey Sue Beyersdorfer had a tambourine, not a gun and it cannot be understood why they had to tase her during a church service. We think it is ridiculously nonsense for any church to use a taser gun against anyone whom comes into the House of God with a tambourine. Although, back in the earlier days tambourines were more common, especially in the black church, no one ought to be treated like a criminal just because they are playing one too loud. The church has became too corporate and sophisticated when we hear of them punishing someone for playing any instrument too loud and if no one could hear, they could have just simply escorted this woman into the lobby. The church is supposed to be God's House, not a conference room full of people who cannot understand a visitor walking in to fellowship. So what, she's acting or looking different than everyone else.
Now, police say they found some sort of drugs on 50-year-old Vickey Sue Beyersdorfer, so obviously she was a visitor who did not know God. Therefore, it was this church's responsibility to escort her into a room to give her consolation and minister to her, definitely not treat her like an outcast or a criminal. The church is supposed to be a place to rehabilitate souls for God's Kingdom, it should not be a place that is so sophisticated to where they cannot understand if a stranger whom has never been among the saints do not know when to play their tambourine. These are the type of people God wants in the church, those whom are mistreated as outcasts. God expected Victory Church in Edmond, Oklahoma to treat this women with agape love, not call security and allow them to tase her. If she was unruly as they claim, then they should have just escorted her out and spoke with her and offered to pray for her, very simple.
You see, this is why we do not believe in corporate ministries, because they have became so full of pride, they cannot even understand when a person who comes in off the street may not act like one of them. Saints of God, it is time to get back to complete deliverance and enough sophistication and pride in the church.
The black churches that have became multicultural are just as bad these days. Back in the early days, in the black Pentecostal church, we were just coming out of the civil rights movement and even little children would play tambourines, clap their hands and do a holy dance, what we call shouting (not worldly dancing) in God's House. Black pastors were not known as celebrity preachers back then and praise and worship was not a trend, but it was something we naturally did when we were praising God. The average black pastor or evangelist today is so focused on making a lot of money and being in the limelight, they are too ashamed for anyone to get caught up in the Spirit. Very few black churches these like this one shown in the above photo at Oak Grove Baptist Church praise God like this in Memphis, TN., watch here.
In conclusion, the black church or any other church ought to be glad when a person like this woman comes into the house of God, because if Jesus Christ was in that church, He would have greeted her like the prostitute in the Bible. Souls are very valuable to God and it should be the same way with each and every church or ministry.
