The Sunday evening service  that Pastor Paula White attended have announced she will be helping them select a pastor for the church. Just when they stated she was not interim pastor, she is now helping them move forward.

Senior Pastor of the Without Walls International Church, Paula White, will be taking a leadership role at Zachery Tims' New Destiny Christian Church.  She will be a part of the search committee whom are seeking to replace NDCC late founding Senior Pastor, Zachery Tims.

Pastor White was in attendance at the special "moving forward" service at the Florida megachurch on Sunday evening, Oct. 16.

New Destiny Church followers were sent an email last Wednesday revealing that Pastor White would be a part of the service.

NY Attorneys Say Public Has Right To Know About Zachery Tims' Cause of Death

New reports are stating the attorney for Zachery Tims' mother Madeline Tims has spoken out on the legal matter.

Ricardo Oquendo, who represents Madeline Tims in the lawsuit filed Friday, said autopsy and toxicology reports are not public record in New York City and their findings should not be either.

"We are challenging what has never been challenged before, which is the medical examiner's practice of disclosing manner and cause of death," Oquendo said. "The cause of death of any person who may be subject to an autopsy or toxicology should not be made public."

Pastor Riva Tims' Says She Has No Part Lawsuit Sought By Zachery Tiims' Mother

Apparently, after it was reported about the mother suing NYC to keep Zachery Tims' death secret, The Orlando Sentinel later got wind of the story and allegedly twisted the facts. We found out after the the news of the mother, The Orlando Sentinel stated Riva Tims and his mother sued NYC which we knew had to be false at that time.
Now, the Orlando Sentinel has reported the ex-wife has nothing to do with the lawsuit, which makes sense. We are so glad we received and reported the true facts from the beginning.

Rena Jones, sister of Riva Tims, says the ex-wife of Zachery Tims is not involved in a lawsuit to prevent the release of the Apopka pastor’s cause of death.
“My sister was unaware that the lawsuit was filed — period,” said Rena Jones, executive director of Riva’s Majestic Life Ministries.
The lawsuit was filed by Zachery Tim’s mother, Madeline. A Manhattan State Supreme Court justice will hear the family’s argument on Nov. 23.[Source]
