A judge in New York could decide as early as Monday whether the public will find out the cause of death of popular Central Florida pastor Zachery Tims.
The 42-year-old was found dead in a New York City Hotel room on Aug. 12. Since then, his mother has filed a lawsuit to keep the cause of his death confidential.
Tims was the pastor of the New Destiny Christian Church in Apopka.Source
Police have ruled out foul play as the cause of his death.
