Video: Prosecutors to Ask Judge to Keep Sandusky Indoors

Various neighbors of Jerry Sandusky have complained about him allegedly watching children on the playground, not far from his backyard.   They are concerned for their safety for not only the children on the playground, Sandusky has allegedly been able to watch from his back porch, but for their own children.  Therefore, prosecutors are asking the judge to keep him, indoors during his house arrest.   The question is, should Jerry Sandusky be kept indoors although he has not yet faced trial?
We feel very bad these neighbors are afraid of Jerry Sandusky living so close to this playground and can understand their fear.  To answer the above question, we feel he should remain indoors or at least pay for his porch to be completely closed off from that direction where he will not be able to view those children.   If the judge has allegedly denied him to see his grand kids, then they should be able to agree that he remains indoors.   Another idea would be for cameras to be installed by police on his porch, so he can be taped the entire time while on his porch.  Now, may disagree and think he has every right to be on his back porch, because he has not been convicted of any crime.  However, Jerry Sandusky has been accused by many young men who claim he allegedly molested or revealed his sexual privates to them in the shower.  For that particular reason, we would have to agree with these concerned neighbors.

"He should be forbidden to be outside his home in proximity to a school playground, where his presence alarms teachers and members of the public," Pennsylvania's attorney general said in a motion filed this week.

Sandusky has been under house arrest since December. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Neighbors have expressed "grave concerns" about seeing Sandusky repeatedly outside his house, which borders a playground...Read full article, here.
