Texas Squatter With $16 McMansion Kicked Out After 8 Months: Is God Pleased with Adverse Possession

Kenneth Robinson made headlines when he lived in a house that the bank had foreclosed on and only paid $16 to do so, which is called adverse possession.  Adverse possession is said to be a legal process, but the question remains to not be discussed much until someone like Robinson is caught squatting on a property, which they did not buy through a licensed Realtor or through a bank that sells foreclosed homes.   We should discuss this matter here on Sanctified Church Revolution blog: Is God pleased with people who squat on properties they negotiated to live on through adverse possession?   To answer that question, God is not pleased with it.

The reason why we disagree with adverse possession is to be understood, although it is legal.   Morally, it is not God's will, because He expects us to have faith in Him to own homes, just like many people whom have work hard or found a legal way to earn enough income to own various properties.  Yes, we believe God has provided foreclosed properties to be sold to people, but not purchasing one through adverse possession.  When we read the article below from our source, Good Morning America, we noticed these alleged words were not of faith coming from Kenneth Robinson, he allegedly said he could not see any other way.   Is that the sort of mindset God wants us to have?   If we are born again Christians, we are suppose to believe and trust God for enough money to buy anything we desire.   In addition to this post, we have seen on the news another case where a woman was kicked out of a home she negotiated through adverse possession.  All of the woman's belongings were out on the sidewalk with a U-haul truck parked in front of the nice suburban home.  Now, we ask you again, is this how God wants His children to end up, being recorded on local TV news for others to see this is the only way you believed you could ever own a home?   Absolutely not, God forbid.   God wants us to show we are capable to own homes, because we can afford to buy them, not through a way that is not guaranteed as our own possession on paper.   Therefore, Kenneth Robinson could own his own home, all he needs is just a little faith, but that's only if he is a child of God.

Squatting in a home that was negotiated through a adverse possession process maybe legal, but there have been alleged cases like Kenneth Robinson's that tells us, God may not agree with it.   God does not want humanity to embarrass him as though they cannot buy a nice suburban home like those whom have became entrepreneurs, politicians, doctors, lawyers or any other legal profession.   Humanity is responsible to do things the right way, not just do it, because it is legal and cheap.   However, again, we tell you, buying foreclosed homes through a bank is an acceptable and hones way to live in a home and claim it as your own, besides buying it at a listed price through a licensed Realtor.  If it was okay to be a squatter, then there would not be any trouble, so it must not be right.

Kenneth Robinson has finally been kicked out of the $340,000 home that he had lived in since June for $16.
Robinson, 51, lived on Waterford Drive in Flower Mound, Texas, but he did not own or rent the home he claimed he had a right to live in. After the owner abandoned the property, which had been in foreclosure for over a year, and the mortgage company reportedly went out of business, he submitted a $16 filing fee at the local courthouse, claiming the law of "adverse possession" gave him the right to occupy the home.
However, a judge in Denton County ruled Monday that the current lienholder, Bank of America, can force Robinson out.
Robinson had became a local celebrity of sorts, writing an eBook and creating a website, http://16dollarhouse.com, about the home in which he lived for about...Read full article, here.
