Possibly, Jerry Sandusky may have the right to see his grand-kids and his family may not think it is a problem, because they may think they know him best. Whatever the case maybe, the judge no doubt think it is safe and he has every right to see his grand kids. The scary part is this, this could be a sign, although Sandusky is guilty, he may just be found innocent, every charge could be dropped. If this should occur, we pray he repents and gives his soul to the Lord, Jesus Christ before it is everlasting too late.
Sandusky can see grandkids, judge rules

(CNN) -- A Pennsylvania judge has ruled that the former Penn State assistant football coach currently awaiting trial on child sex assault charges can visit with some of his grandchildren.
The decision by Judge John Cleland eases some conditions of Jerry Sandusky's house arrest, which had forbidden him from interacting with his grandchildren.
Sandusky will still be prohibited from visiting with three grandchildren who are currently involved in custody litigation, Cleland ruled.
Cleland also denied a prosecution request that jurors be selected outside the county where Sandusky is being prosecuted.
