Husband of missing mother of triplets charged with Murder: Should He Be Charged Although Her Body Has Not Been Found?

Here we go again, another case involving a husband, Clay Waller allegedly killing his estranged wife, Jacque Waller.  In this case, it is very sad, because Clay Waller (above photo) allegedly mentioned to his own father he broke her neck and buried her in a ditch, he had prepared for her somewhere, according to dailymail.co.uk.  From that specific statement,  Waller was charged with murder, although her body has not been found.   You know, there are a lot of husbands (or boyfriends) whom kill their wives (or girlfriends) who think God's thoughts is irrelevant when they take a life.  However, when they murder their wives and try to hide the evidence, God knows about it and will make sure they face justice.  There are absolutely no secrets in the eyes of God, He knows where this woman's body is and the cause of her death.   Furthermore, from that alleged statement to his father, he should face a judge and jury, but most of all, he should repent and face the throne of God for what he has allegedly done to his wife, Jacque Waller.

It can never be understood how anybody like Clay Waller can go on in life, after they have murdered someone and hid their body.   The thought of taking someone's life, after exchanging wedding vows with them, then burying their body for no one to find them is unbelievable.   Could Clay Waller ever imagine someone doing something like this to him?  We may never know his answer, but he has no choice but to think about it in prison.  Man did not create humanity neither does he have the right to destroy it and this is why God allowed him to be charged with murder, regardless of his wife's body being hidden somewhere.  However, eventually her body will be found and no doubt in order to escape the death penalty, he may confess where he hid his wife's corpse like many killers usually do when they want to make a deal with prosecuting attorneys.

We think it was very courageous that Clay Waller's father allegedly made a statement of his son's confession and God will bless him for his honesty.  However, it must be very difficult to acknowledge your own son possibly took the life of your daughter in-law who has not been found in over a year, but his son obviously did not choose to serve Jesus Christ.  When one avoids to surrender their soul to God, a demon of murder may enter their soul and control them to do harm to others.  It was mentioned that the Waller's marriage was a very troubled one and we wish if Jacque could have read her husband's evil spirit, she would have known he was possessed with the ancient demon of murder.   If so, she could have at least sought spiritual consolation and escaped before Clay would attack her, but unfortunately it did not happen that way.

We pray God gives Clay Waller's father strength during his son's trial in the future.  May Jacque Waller rest in peace and we hope her body is found very soon, so her family and friends can pay their finally respects and give her a proper burial. As for the alleged killer, we hope Clay Waller makes a confession to authorities, repents to God and surrenders his life to Jesus Christ before it is too late.

By Daily Mail Reporter

The husband of a woman who has been missing for almost a year has been charged with first-degree murder even though the body of his estranged wife has never been found.

Clay Waller, 41, was also charged with tampering with evidence in the death of Jacque Waller, 39, whom he was on the verge of divorcing when she went missing in Missouri on June 1 last year.

The suspect is already behind bars for threatening his wife's sister, Cheryl Brennecke, who has been caring for the couple's five-year-old triplets since their mother's disappearance.
