Why is This Cloud-Shaped Giant Rolls

A photograph taken near Brazil perpetuate a strange cloud that rolls on the sea, forming a giant tube cloud that seemed collapsed across the sky. Photos taken in February 2012 was recently released by the blog Earth Science Picture of the Day belongs to the U.S. space agency (NASA).

This roll cloud photo was taken by Capt. Andreas M. van der Wurff from a ship en route from Paranagua, Brazil, to Montevideo, Uruguay, on Feb. 6.
