This is very sad news and we will keep his family in our prayers. However, we keep forewarning all of you ministers to be more serious in your personal lives while preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is why we informed you to stop the hypocrisy, allowing the hip hop gospel and christian rock in your churches, because God wants holiness and righteousness. He commands us to be set a part from this evil world. We are not saying that Minister David Dickinson is guilty of carnality, what we are saying is there was something that occurred that could have been stopped only if churches would enforce more seriousness with God and no longer take it lightly to be different from the world while yet showing the love of Christ. We have heard of many tragedies, one of the last ones was the death of famous minister, Zachery Tims.
Zachery Tims was found death in an upscale New York hotel room. Tims and his wife Riva divorced after a woman came forward to the press and admitted he had been having an affair with her in France for over a year. Zachery Tims apologized to his church even after the affair was known to his followers. However, his death is still a mystery to those who enjoyed his sermons and financially supported his ministry. Even before Zachery Tims death, there were many ministers who were discovered dead in mysterious circumstances. Although, we knew Zachery Tims spoke of being delivered from drug addiction, a white powdery substance was found on his body.
Dear saints of God, we can pray all we want to, but God is calling for holiness and righteousness. He wants no more souls in His Kingdom to straddle the fence, that is being a hypocrite, living a double life while claiming to the world to know and serve Him. It is time for the ministers of God's church to preach righteousness and you cannot preach it unless you stop bridging the gap with the world, because it does not work that way. The Bible says this, 'Love not the world neither the things that are in the world, He that loveth the world, the love of the Father is not in Him (I John 2:15).' Therefore, God expects for us to be different and hate what the world does not take part of it and allow it in the church while acting as though we are praising and worshiping Him. It time to get serious, because these cases of ministers being found dead just won't stop.
Do not forget this scripture, "Be ye holy for I am holy (I Peter 1:16)." Do not just read it, live it.
TN-A body found on Tuesday, October 11, in Rock Creek in Lewisburg, TN has been positively identified as that of the Kentucky preacher, David Dickinson, of Elkton. Dickinson, 49, had been in the middle Tennessee town to preach a revival at New Life Tabernacle Church. The evangelist, who traveled with his wife and two children, had been staying in their travel trailer which had been set up behind the church.
Dickinson was last seen on Monday, September 26 at approximately 7:30am when he left for a walk and never returned. He had delivered two sermons on the previous day to kick off a four-day revival. Church goers reported that Dickinson had seemed preoccupied during his message but would stop to pray and then continue with the sermon.
